Welcome to the Lana Hirth Dietitian clinic. We are a fully virtual nutrition clinic and private practice, based in Sydney Australia.

We help women, like you, to optimise your nutrition so that you can live life to the full.

We help you feel in control, save time in the kitchen and boost your energy levels. While there’s so many things you can worry about, we don’t want food to be one of those things for you.

Who do we help?

Have you ever been told to just “eat healthy”? That can often feel confusing! You may be wanting to know WHAT you should actually eat when you’re trying to conceive, pregnant and postpartum. You may have no clue where to start. You may have tried a million times, feel like a failure, and that you need to get back on the bandwagon.

We get it. You can be exhausted and just want something quick and easy. You want to have the energy (and headspace!) to live your life to the full, but sometimes it feels hard to know where to start when it comes to your eating. Or how to do in a sustainable way in this new season of life. And how you do you know what’s best for you and your family?

This is where we help! We help women, just like you, to optimise their nutrition so that you can live life to the full – no crazy restriction or thinking about food 24/7. Healthy habits are always better.

Do you help men too?
Yes, we do! We often see partners or males just trying to improve their health as well.

Lana is an expert women’s health dietitian and a member of the Early Life Nutrition Alliance, an international team of experienced dietitians who specialise in fertility, prenatal and postpartum nutrition.

Alessandra is currently completing her training in fertility and pregnancy nutrition.
