Hello Hello!

I’m Lana Hirth, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist based in Sydney. More importantly, I am a wife and mum of two little children (who keep me on my toes!).

I am an expert Dietitian in prenatal and postpartum nutrition, as well as women’s health. My special interest is optimising nutrition in the interpartum period – the time from birth until your next pregnancy.

I hold a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Wollongong and am a member of Dietitians Australia and the Early Life Nutrition Alliance.

Who do I help?

Have you ever been told to just “eat healthy”? That can often feel confusing! You may be wanting to know WHAT you should actually eat when you’re pregnant and postpartum. struggle to eat healthily. You may have no clue where to start. You may have tried a million times, feel like a failure, and that you need to get back on the bandwagon.

As a mum, I get it. You can be exhausted and just wanting something quick and easy. You want to have the energy (and headspace!) to live your life to the full, but sometimes it feels hard to know where to start when it comes to your eating. Or how to do in a sustainable way in this new season of life. And how you do you know what’s best for you and your family?

This is where I help! I help women, just like you, to optimise their nutrition so that you can live life to the full – no crazy restriction or thinking about food 24/7. Healthy habits are always better.
