Hello!

I’m Lana, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist from Sydney. I am an expert Dietitian in interpartum nutrition, prenatal + postnatal nutrition and women’s health. I have a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Wollongong.

Who do I help?

You may be, like many others, consumed by your weight and struggle to eat healthy. You may have no clue where to start. You may have tried a million times, feel like a failure and that you need to ‘get back on the bandwagon’. This used to be me too. But I learned this does. not. work.

Now, I help new mums and other women optimise their nutrition so that you can live life to the full – no crazy restriction or thinking about food 24/7. Healthy habits are always better.

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, I provide credible nutrition advice and break down the science of nutrition. There’s so much misinformation today, and I’m determined to bring you trustworthy practical nutrition information.

Lana is an expert women’s health dietitian and is recognised as such being invited
to be a member of Nutrition Plus, an international-wide organisation specialising
in reproductive and prenatal nutrition.
Lana is trained in the latest nutrition therapy including:

  • Weight management (focusing on healthy habits)
  • Building a healthy relationship with food
  • Interpartum nutrition including birth recovery, weight management,
    breastfeeding, pre-conception planning and pregnancy, thyroid issues
  • PCOS and menstrual irregularity

I also won the Best Nutrition Blog Post from Storehouse Nutrition for 2016 for my post on Dear Health and Wellness Bloggers.
